You can use your stove less and replace several appliances with the Secura electric pressure cooker because it does the work of six machines. It is very easy to use – you only have to push one or two buttons to start one of the cook cycles and the digital display clearly counts down the time.
To pressure cook, slow cook or rice cook, press and hold the appropriate menu button to set the correct time and press start. You can pressure cook up to 99 minutes. There are no high and low pressure settings, so everything cooks at the same pressure. The slow cook function can be set for up to 9.5 hours, and the rice cooker will cook up to 12 cups of rice. The soup maker has a preprogrammed time and temperature, so it starts at the push of a button. You can brown and saute foods for up to 120 minutes and steam up to 99 minutes. The delay timer can be set up to 24 hours ahead of time, and each cook cycle automatically switches to keep warm when cooking completes.
Additionally, a lid bracket on the side of the machine allows you to prop open the lid so that condensation can drip into the reservoir. It also has an internal memory so that if there is a power failure, cooking will resume when power is restored.

“I did a lot of reviewing of pressure cookers before I decided on this brand. It has more on it than I really needed but I liked that it was electric with a timer, that the inner bowl is made of stainless steel and not aluminum, and does not have a non-stick coating. The only drawback, is I got this mainly to cook dried beans in and the booklet that comes with it has lots of information on other foods such as rice and meat but nothing about how to pressure cook dried beans. I was pretty disappointed with this and my first attempt at cooking beans did not work very well. I will have to get outside resources on how to pressure cook dried beans and keep experimenting. I am sure the other features are fine but would have like a more extensive manual….(read more here: Secura 6-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker Review)”
